This notice describes how Relign (“we,” “us”) handles personal information in connection with our website, accounts, subscriptions, and Relign Motion desktop app (the “Services”). It does not cover independent third-party services.

1. Who is responsible

Relign is the service brand. Legal operator: MC Productions. For questions or privacy requests, contact info@relign.io.

2. Information involved

When you create or use an account, we process the information you provide, such as your email address, account profile, authentication information, and subscription status. Billing records may include customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, transaction dates, and purchase details. Payment details entered in Stripe’s checkout are handled by Stripe.

Our hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the Services, such as IP addresses, request logs, device or browser information, and errors. If you contact us, we receive the information and files you choose to send. Avoid including passwords or payment card details in support messages.

Motion works with lyric and production content you select. The information processed depends on the features you use. Do not assume all content stays on your device: review any feature-specific notices before enabling cloud features or sharing diagnostic files.

3. How information is used

We use relevant information to provide and authenticate accounts, administer subscriptions, process transactions, deliver requested features, respond to requests, investigate faults and misuse, maintain service security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use this policy as permission for unrelated uses that require a separate notice or consent.

4. Service providers and disclosures

The account and billing implementation uses Google Firebase and Stripe. These providers process information needed to perform their services. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, address fraud, or support a business transfer subject to applicable protections. Third-party services have their own notices and terms.

5. Cookies, storage, and video

Account features may use cookies or browser storage to maintain sign-in and service preferences. You can control cookies and stored data in your browser, though this can affect account functionality. This main website does not add advertising or analytics scripts. The tutorial player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed and may load when you visit or scroll to the tutorial. Once loaded, YouTube may receive your IP address and device information and apply its own data practices.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as needed for the purposes described above, including account administration, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and context. Deletion requests may be subject to required records and backup retention. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may review available account settings and request access, correction, or deletion using the privacy contact above. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to obtain a copy, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Canceling a subscription and requesting deletion are separate actions; deleting a desktop app does not itself cancel billing.

8. International processing

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements apply. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account.

9. Children

The Services are intended for users able to enter a subscription agreement, or to act with appropriate organizational authorization. They are not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information without appropriate authorization.

10. Changes

We may update this notice as the Services change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required. Review this page periodically and any notices shown when using a new feature.
